EXHIBITS
A curated photography exhibit offers unique value to a film festival or industry event. In addition to the traditional movie experience, audience members are given the chance to experience something new, surprising, and thought-provoking. Recent exhibits include the “Women Calling the Shots” photography showcase at the Greenwich Village Film Festival.
PANEL DISCUSSIONS
A lively panel discussion bringing together personalities who know how to entertain and inspire can be a powerful way to connect with an audience. Short & Sweet Productions curates these conversations by pairing accomplished artists, filmmakers, and industry executives. Recent events include the debut of NYWIFT’s series Master Collaborations: The Power of Creative Partnerships (featuring the team behind the Academy Award-nominated documentary Joe’s Violin), and a look inside the indie rom-com Bite Me: A Truly Independent Journey.
CELEBRATIONS
The entertainment industry loves to celebrate itself! These events, while always fun, serve a variety of important purposes, such as commemorating anniversaries, highlighting individual achievements, fundraising, or launching a new initiative. Short & Sweet Productions recently produced a photo exhibit and cocktail celebration in honor of NYWIFT’s 40th Anniversary, which commemorated the extraordinary and inspiring accomplishments of its members.
PRODUCER & JUROR
Terry’s extensive experience within the film and television industry has enabled her to expand her horizons to become a sought-after film producer and film festival juror. Recent experiences include the role of Associate Producer for Never Stop Moving, a documentary about the legendary Broadway jazz dancer Luigi, and a Juror for the Greenwich Village Film Festival.
